What is the Bibliographic Workshop?
The workshop consists of theoretical and practical lessons, and the successful completion of an assessment and a final interview on research strategies and analysis of research tools, the use of Italian and foreign databases, particularly in the economic-legal field, and the research and evaluation of information. The importance of avoiding plagiarism by respecting copyright law is emphasized, as well as applying the rules for the correct reuse of bibliographic information, citation writing, and proper management of bibliographic references.
Who can enroll?
The workshop is open to undergraduate students of the School of Economics and Management at the University of Siena. It is offered in both italian and english language, with a maximum of 65 students per edition. Attendance is mandatory.
Who is considered eligible to obtain the Information literacy: basic level badge?
Undergraduate students enrolled in the School of Economics and Management at the University of Siena who:
attended 100% of the lectures with at least 60% in synchronous mode, and completed 100% of the exercises
passed the evaluation test and the final interview
